The facility is set up in 7000 sq. ft area so that we can keep the buffer stock both raw material and finished goods so providing safe margins against unpredictable demand.
The Clean room area will help us to keep the production & final products away from any dust or fibres particles which is the biggest issue ofthe current manufacturers.
Our facility is located at Aurangabad which is very well connected by road, rail and air for prompt distribution.
State Of The Art Machinery
Avery high speed & systematically designed sealing machine which can reduce the change over time & can also be instrumental in making the long length pouches up to 100 cm.
In-house manufacturing also includes 6 colour flexographic printing machine, producing customer-specified designs on a variety of materials.
These machines are compatible with any material include plain, crepe, registered adhesive and all over coated papers, coated and uncoated Tyvek® and a variety of co-extruded and laminated materials.
